These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Facebook Live Printer desktop application (the "App"), provided by our team ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you ("you" or the "Operator") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. Description of the App

The App is a desktop application that connects to your Facebook Page, monitors comments during Facebook Live broadcasts, extracts order information from those comments, prints order receipts to a connected printer, and sends confirmation messages to customers via Messenger. The App runs on your own computer and stores its data locally on your device; we do not operate a server that receives or stores your data.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into these Terms. You must use the App for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Facebook / Meta Requirements

The App uses the Facebook Graph API and integrates with services provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"). Your use of those features is also subject to Meta's terms, including the Facebook Platform Terms, the Facebook Terms of Service, and the Meta Privacy Policy. You are responsible for:

• Holding a valid Facebook account and the rights to manage the Page(s) you connect;
• Obtaining and maintaining any permissions or approvals required by Meta for the features you use;
• Complying with Meta's policies when reading comments, contacting customers, and messaging within permitted windows.

The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Meta. Meta may change or discontinue its API at any time, which may affect the App's functionality.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Credentials and access: You are responsible for safeguarding your device, your Facebook login, and any access tokens stored by the App on your device.
• Customer communications: You are solely responsible for the content of the messages the App sends on your behalf and for complying with applicable consumer-protection, spam, and privacy laws.
• Order accuracy: You are responsible for reviewing orders extracted from comments before acting on them. The App's automatic comment parsing may be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Printer and hardware: You are responsible for supplying, configuring, and maintaining a compatible printer and any related hardware.
• Lawful use: You will not use the App to violate any law, infringe any rights, harvest data without authorization, or send unsolicited or deceptive messages.

5. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for your own business purposes. Otherwise, state your license terms.] You may not sell, sublicense, or misrepresent the origin of the App.

6. Third-Party Services and Data

The App interacts with third-party services and hardware, including Facebook/Meta and your printer. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

7. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy. Instructions for deleting data are described in our Data Deletion Instructions. By using the App, you acknowledge those documents.

8. Availability and Changes

The App is provided on an "as available" basis. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any feature) at any time, with or without notice. We are not obligated to provide support, maintenance, or updates unless separately agreed in writing.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that comment parsing will be accurate, that receipts will print correctly, or that messages will be delivered.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will [YOUR BUSINESS / DEVELOPER NAME] be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, orders, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the App will not exceed [the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or a fixed cap such as USD 100].

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [YOUR BUSINESS / DEVELOPER NAME] from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, your communications with customers, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and uninstall it. We may terminate or suspend your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Phnom Penh.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
