Facebook Live Printer
Last updated: 24 July 2026
This page explains how to delete the data associated with the Facebook Live Printer application ("the App").
Important: The App stores all of its data locally on the computer where it is installed. We do not operate any server, and we do not store, receive, or have access to your Facebook data or your order data. All deletion therefore happens on your own device and in your Facebook account settings — as described below.
1. Revoke the App's Access to Your Facebook Account
This stops the App from being able to read comments or send messages, and removes it from your account:
You can review Facebook's own guidance here: Removing apps and games you've logged into with Facebook.
2. Delete Data Stored by the App on Your Device
Choose whichever option fits your needs.
Option A — Delete history from within the App
Open the App and use its built-in controls to clear stored orders and comment history. This removes the records from the local database while keeping the App installed.
Option B — Remove all data by deleting the App's data folder
To remove everything the App has stored — the orders database, saved Facebook access tokens, settings, and logs — quit the App and delete its data folder:
For a complete removal, you may also uninstall the App itself afterward. Once the data folder is deleted, the stored orders, comments, tokens, and logs are permanently gone from your device.
3. Data Held by Facebook (Meta)
Comments, messages, and other content created on Facebook remain on Facebook's own systems and are governed by Meta's Privacy Policy. To manage or delete that content, use Facebook directly. Revoking the App's access (Step 1) prevents the App from accessing any of it going forward.

We will respond to deletion-related requests within [e.g. 30] days. Since we do not store your data, our assistance is limited to guiding you through the steps above.
